Dirty rooms! We were met with stained sheets that looked like they were not clean, and the room was in a terrible state when we checked in. We asked to move to another room, but even the second one was in the same condition. The staff offered no explanation nor apologized for the inconvenience. The whole experience was dreadful, and we regret having stayed here.
